A Binding Agreement

Deposit Methods and Limits

Withdrawal Terms and Process

icuci888 offers new members a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800. Once you have placed bets totalling RM1,800 using that account balance, the bonus winnings portion may be withdrawn.

As a second example: a deposit of RM1,800 will yield a bonus of RM1,000 (maximum limit reached), bringing the balance to RM2,800. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

General Terms for All Bonuses

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
• icuci888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system loopholes.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, icuci888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money caused by game outcomes that were not in the user's favour.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, system maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

icuci888's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Right to Amend

icuci888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the icuci888 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant supervisory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
